The inspiration came from one of Heather Marianna's favorite childhood movies, Troop Beverly Hills. Growing up in California, celebrating birthdays at the legendary The Beverly Hills Hotel, and dreaming of glamorous adventures, Heather envisioned a retreat where women could experience that same sense of excitement, belonging, and possibility—only with beautiful resorts, curated experiences, personal growth, and a touch of luxury woven into every detail.

Guests receive patches for participating in signature experiences, each representing a new skill, shared memory, or personal milestone. As you attend more retreats, your growing collection becomes a one-of-a-kind keepsake of your journey.
Every retreat features a signature Troop Beverly Hills-inspired experience. At our Malibu retreat, guests enjoyed "Dinner & Diamonds," learning about diamonds from industry experts before earning their patch. In Sedona, we hosted "Bubbles & Bags," an elegant champagne experience focused on sourcing, caring for, and authenticating luxury handbags—followed, of course, by another coveted patch.
